Stone Harbor - I agree with the 96th and 3rd Avenue spout about an accident waiting to happen at the corner. Between delivery trucks turning, congestion surrounding valet, tourists on vacation and not paying attention to traffic signals, along with general 96th Street business district traffic, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., there really is a safety hazard there. Valet is really not a necessity when there is a parking lot right down the block.
