Stone Harbor - I’m sure Stone Harbor is not the only municipality that is part of the problem of providing water.
Stone Harbor comes up with the plan of fining home owners, what a novel idea. Has anyone thought about the option of building desalination plants. As a past US Navy member who served aboard a aircraft carrier I know we had 2 plants on the ship and always had fresh water. Ship carried 5,000 crew members when deployed. Time for county and local officials to dedicate money and time to providing enough water and also safe bridges.
