I’m pretty sure the Mayor is not allowed to discuss a personnel

Stone Harbor - I’m pretty sure the Mayor is not allowed to discuss a personnel matter of a specific employee in a public setting unless the employee demands a public hearing. What I saw tonight at the Council Meeting appears to be a gross violation of the new Administrator’s (Congrats by the way!) rights to have his personnel issues remain private.
