Stone Harbor - How is it that a Councilmember can use the Borough Council meeting as his soundboard? How can he possibly promise that shared services and layoffs are not going to happen? How can he clearly state his objective when running for Mayor? Does he not realize the Mayor of Stone Harbor has NO vote.
