Stone Harbor - How about having the Christmas parade in the afternoon this year? It's so cold at night for the little ones. We have to rush home when it's over because everyone is freezing. If it were held during the day, it would be better for everyone, including the merchants. People would stay in town after it was over and continue to shop.
