Stone Harbor - Hey Stone Harbor. you want to solve the storm drain trouble. Just place the pipes back on the beach ,so all the sewer drains go there instead of the back bays, problem solved.The tourist that use the beach
will have to walk over the pipes. They had no trouble doing that way back when.
