Stone Harbor - As a handicapped veteran and beachgoer I drive to 92nd St. in Stone Harbor daily hoping for the designated handicap parking space at the beach ramp. Nearly every day the space is taken by a resident who has their own driveway that accommodates two cars as well as a third if parked on the gravel but never is a car parked in their driveway. I guess the resident feels that is their own personal parking space.
