Stone Harbor - As a handicapped person, I enter the beach at a Street which has a ramp. How can the homeowner at that entrance feel entitled to call the only handicapped parking spot his own when he can park in his driveway freeing the spot for a struggling beach goer. Because of his selfishness I, along with others with mobility issues, must look for parking then face the challenge of carrying my gear to the beach. It’s staggering how oblivious he is to the challenges of others .
