Stone Harbor - To get into Stone Harbor, we have two traffic lights now instead of one. The one at the bottom of the Parkway off-ramp and the one to cross the Parkway. You get through waiting for the first red light, and by the time you get to the one to cross the Parkway, that one is also red. If this remains like this for the spring/summer, the backups will be worse than before.
