If the Planning Commission allows The Courts (historically The Bungalow Colony if you understand what they are) to add a second story because they are being sued, all those currently limited to two stories can sue for a third story. Of course this is in jest, but the reality of the situation is not. Summary: sue SH & get what you want regardless of the current codes.
