Stone Harbor - Freeholders, the Mayors, the Governor need to be more direct with the Stay Home Order. Stone Harbor especially. Second homeowners need to understand that just because they have money doesn't mean that our local infastructure can suddenly accommodate an increase in our population in the off-season. Especially with so many working class out of work, needing to stay home with kids, staff issues everywhere. Please require residents who have come down since 3.11.20 who do not have physical work or family locally, to go back where they came from. PLEASE.
