How do you have the audacity to promote donations in front of the park and spend 10 percent of the donations to glorify donors? The taxpayers should be front and center, not your friends. I'm appalled and continue to see the arrogance of the few who cause all of our problems with the public. I may be quiet, but I've had it. The next election gives the public a chance to vote out the incompetence.
