Stone Harbor - Education, Fire and Police protection, town maintenance and employee salary are what taxes should be covering. Not a recreational sport played by few. With impending operation costs on the horizon we need to be fiscally responsible. Education is a mandated expense but at 30k a year per student we might want to cut that back a bit.
