Stone Harbor - Editor, maybe you can explain what you meant when you said that - "name-calling has little connection to political correctness. Name-calling typically reflects ignorance and rudeness." Are you saying that saying discriminating things about a group of people is not rude and ignorant as long as it's not name-calling? And is calling someone stupid worse than calling someone a fat pig, a bad hombre or imitating a disability? If we're going to do away with political correctness, why don't we do away with it completely? For the heck of it, let's just see how gross of a culture we can become.
Moderator's Note:
Let's say discriminating things about opinions, thoughts, behaviors - not people.
