Dr. William Goulburn has died.

Stone Harbor - Dr. William Goulburn has died. He loved the Herald and Spout Off. I spend a lot of time in Stone Harbor and for years there were some dead trees that someone was decorating with trash found on the beach ... gloves, sunglasses, bathing suits, etc. The trees were at the southern point. There was artistry in the decorations, a mop head had a pair of sunglasses that turned it into a face, for example. I called the person that did this the "Artreest of Stone Harbor." I never caught the artist in the act. Much to my amazement, my husband's cousin Bill, confessed to being the "Artreest."
