Stone Harbor - The dog feces problem is getting worse. Stone Harbor Borough is considering legislation to forbid people to walk their dogs on the green, landscaped islands. To the person who is walking his dog on 103rd Street, please pick up your numerous messes, and to all you other violators, it is not that hard to take a bag and help keep the community clean. I am getting tired of picking up your dog's messes in my neighborhood.
