Does anyone know about the "Women of Wonder" award?

Stone Harbor - Does anyone know about the "Women of Wonder" award? I have a person who I would like to nominate. I can't find any information, and nobody seems to know anything about it. How can I nominate someone? What is the criteria and where can I get an application? What are the rules to nominate? Is the nomination process public, and who makes the decision? There are women I volunteer with who give back every day and are truly women of wonder. It would be wonderful to honor those who are mothers, educators, hold full-time jobs and volunteer countless hours to help the less fortunate.
