Stone Harbor - Did Stone Harbor really have to use the reverse 9-1-1 emergency warning system two days in a row to tell us that the fireworks date was changed? Isn't that only supposed to be used for actual emergencies? I answered the phone in a panic because I thought they were calling with a flood warning due to the hurricane. I'll bet activating the system costs the taxpayers a pretty penny.
