Stone Harbor - A Court House spouter's sarcasm about indigenous, marsh-dwelling animals bothering seasonal residents exposes his ignorance on the topic. Many of us who have lived here for seven or more decades realize that this is a relatively new problem with skunks and raccoons. However, gulls only get worse as they are continually conditioned to humans because tourists and animal nuts keep feeding them. It was not like this when there was a safe habitat off shore before all that development drove animals seaward across the marshes.
