Stone Harbor - Of course, Stone Harbor Council knows that they will not be challenged regarding recreation fees or anything else by the full time residents. I can’t understand why they meekly follow whatever is presented. The vacation home owners care more about the survival of Stone Harbor but are powerless. It is such a shame., because the voters are allowing a once lovely shore resort to be so mismanaged.
