County library tax is $256!

Stone Harbor - County library tax is $256! Sure are raking in the dough so you can go on a three week waiting list to borrow a book. Would like to see The Herald do an article about the total cost to CMC taxpayers and how many people actually use the system; not just have cards. We should be closing and consolidating libraries, not building new ones. Such is the case in Stone Harbor; building a new library when there is one in Avalon!
