The county has not yet received back the bids for a new SH libra

Stone Harbor - The county has not yet received back the bids for a new SH library. The bids will surely be more than the budgeted amount. What will happen then? More years of no action. Council and mayor should pull out of the county library system and join/partner with the Avalon library. This would be best for all taxpayers and visitors.
