Stone Harbor - This Council proves time and time again that they shoujld not be sitting on the dais let alone making decisions that significatly impact our local budget. This council's first mistake was eliminating a BA - without proper consideration and review of the issues - none - just fired one day in February. You want to know how they addressed the employees afterward?? They walked around to each department with a heart shaped box of chocolates and told them "Not to worry". Now a little over a year they have a BA that has sexual harassment claims againast him and a deminishing staff. Way to go!
