The BA pointed out that the Lot Grading Ordinance, which is unique to SH, created a huge influx of stormwater control devices that will require testing and inspection by the Borough to comply with the MS4 permit. I saw it as yet another unintended consequence of installing the Lot Grading Ordinance. Did Conti reach out to Parada for comment on the story?
