Stone Harbor - Congratulations to Stone Harbor Rescue for its professional response to opiate overdoses this summer. Productive lives were saved through timely intervention. As we begin the off-season we need to be mindful of improving the services available to victims of heroin addiction in our town. A methadone clinic with needle exchange program in Stone Harbor would provide greater health and security to our community's greatest asset, its citizens.
