The upcoming agenda - once again - has nothing listed for discussion under the work session??? Why bother with a work session if there is nothing to discuss? An ordinance change listed on the regular meeting provide no details? What exactly is being changed? Very vague and NOT transparent as Mr. Carney promotes.
