Stone Harbor - Clear violation of "Borough Form" of government in Stone Harbor. Councilmembers are NOT Department supervisors. This form of government does not allow Council members to interact with employees - supervise or instruct employees to do anything. You can see why this is bad right? The person in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the Borough is clearly not qualified. Change is needed - NOW!
