Stone Harbor - In case the spouter from Stone Harbor is living in a bubble the majority of homes in the town are second homes. They pay taxes and water and sewer bills for the whole year. To charge them more to access the town is ridiculous. Maybe the spouter should have a car decal stating I enjoy the town thanks to our part time neighbors.
