Stone Harbor - Careful Spending ? When the summer crowd leaves Stone Harbor will be back to about 600 year round residents. Worried about taxes ? We have 54 FTE in the Police Department AND made the Fire Department employees. That’s about 1 Police FTE for every 10 residents in the off season. Come on Man !
