Stone Harbor - To the Cape May/West Chester spouter, from the Stone Harbor spouter, that says you can not legally go four miles over the speed limit. I went up to Oaks, PA this morning, driving on 47/347 and 55, four miles over the posted speed limit. I had two unmarked NJ state troopers following me all the way from Court House to 55 and at no time did I get pulled over. So, once again please keep your comments to yourself since you're not a cop or a lawyer.
