Stone Harbor - Can the council in Stone Harbor get any more incompetent than their latest affordable housing ordinance. Whose bright idea was it to enact the new rules. And why wasn’t this issue presented to the residents for discussion. The town is long overdue for a professional town manager and planner. Since we are going into the public housing business will we have a housing authority? Who is going to run it ?
