With businesses reopening, can the boroughs/cities assign someon

Stone Harbor - With businesses reopening, can the boroughs/cities assign someone to randomly go inside offices and kitchens unannounced to ensure people are adhering to the rules? My office has reopened, but, my boss refuses to wear a mask. They stand directly over me while talking without a mask & takes meetings with customers, shakes hands & doesn't require them to wear a mask. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but, I thought that businesses are being allowed to reopen but there was a requirement for wearing a mask while still social distancing, is still part of the Governor's order
