Stone Harbor - The builders continue to overextend their workers and the number of houses they are working on each summer. Rarely are completion dates on time. This overindulgence causes problems for residents near the construction sites. Too many vehicles are parked on the streets blocking driveways. At crunch time, eight to 10 vehicles try to get as close to the construction as possible thereby blocking residents' access to their homes and driveways. Can't we have some oversight on this problem?
