Stone Harbor - The Borough of Stone Harbor was informed prior to the summer that the aluminum Kayak racks were not anchored to the ground properly. Whatever efforts made to anchor the racks were poor at best. This is part of a larger issue. The Borough administration has been hiding behind the Covid-19 shield, doing very little on behalf of the community.
