Stone Harbor - The borough has approved a significant increase in rental inspection fees and fire inspection fees due to a deficit. Additionally, they are struggling to pay for non-volunteer firemen. I bet it would be nice to have the $7m it apparently cost for that library few even use (especially when there was a new one in Avalon already). $7mil might put a dent in that $100k fire deficit. Who does the financial planning and has been asleep at the wheel?
