Stone Harbor - Borough Council just doesn't get it. Let's spend $200.000 for a study on a Storm Water Utility. This by a town that is $50M in debt. Worrying about flooding. This town has been flooding for years and now they feel the need to be the first shore town to MAYBE create a new tax gimmick. The island goes from the low point at 80th to 120th at the high point. Flooding will always happen at the low point. Do they think the downtown can ever be flood free? When you want to become debt free start budgeting and stop spending on stupid stuff.
