Stone Harbor - Back in 2021 I had an issue with a home being built next door to my home. One issue was a dumpster parked on Second Avenue and was being used by the other sites the contractor was building. I contacted a Council member who said they would look into it. I then placed a call to the Mayor’s office which had a recording instructing all calls to be forwarded to the Business Administrator. I left a message at that office and never received a call back. I then called water department since they were using unmetered water. That brought results. No action from the Mayor or the BA.
