Stone Harbor - Another $200,000 in emergency appropriations on the agenda for the September 3rd Council meeting needed for legal fees. The CFO has certified the need due to NUMEROUS pending Superior Court Lawsuits filed against the Borough. It is also noted that the Borough has already spent almost $700,000 in budget appropriations so far this year. At this rate settle the lawsuits, fire the BA and start properly handling the budget for this town!
