Stone Harbor - To all second home owners in Stone Harbor who want to petition council into hiring more cops to watch over your vacant homes: Please do the right thing and hire someone to watch over your place on your dime. It's not our fault you never visit your house during that vacant time, so why should we, the 800 full-time residents, have our taxes go up to please a few? They do have extra cops for three months while you're down here.
