Stone Harbor - The afternoon of Sept. 22, at the 101st St. pavilion, my spouse and I realized we were being watched by a man standing too close and doing nothing but looking at us. As we left the beach, he then followed us all the way to the street. When we stopped and looked directly at him, he abruptly turned back to the beach. Instead of continuing homeward, we waited on the sidewalk. He did come back again, slowly, clearly still looking for us. When he saw us waiting and watching, he quickly hurried away.
