After watching the council meeting, it is obvious that the SHPOA

Stone Harbor - After watching the council meeting, it is obvious that the SHPOA is running the town and not the Mayor and council. I have never heard an organization mentioned so many times in a meeting about borough decisions. The POA represents a small number of tax payers and not the voters. Vote what you think is right for the people and not what is right for the POA.
