Stone Harbor - After reading the Herald's summary regarding the February 2013 ACE meeting, it's evident that the Borough Clerk's office, through OPRA, provided authenticated documentation of who was at that meeting. Claiming I don't remember or that I have no recollection is usually an excuse that's used by people who want to abdicate responsibility and accountability. But missing was that the Herald did not state that they talked to anyone who was at that meeting. So it looks like those who signed in were there, but one person signed in and wasn't there.
