Stone Harbor - After many years as a 12-month Stone Harbor resident, I know the elected, appointed, and hired residents of Borough Hall. I know the police, fire and Public Works. All of the people are salaried. The group that has earned my respect, admiration and gratitude is Public Works. These people have consistently, often during extremely challenging circumstances, functioned competently, efficiently, thoroughly and helpfully. I hope they will ignore the nasty, insulting, spiteful, resentful and jealous comments of the small.
