Stone Harbor - On 9/11 in Stone Harbor I witnessed an older gentleman who was wearing a FDNY t-shirt receive a parking ticket. He appeared to show the cop on his phone that he paid for parking. Unfortunately, he still was given the ticket. I am not saying he did or didn’t deserve a ticket but let’s unite as a country the way we did 23 years ago.
