Yes spouter, I too have addressed the construction material on the sidewalk and curb area across from the new home being built on Third Avenue, while walking my pet. What a challenge it is to navigate safely through the illegal placement of material by the contractor. Should we call SHPD? Could it be that they are blind or do not comprehend the laws which should be enforced. I believe not.
