Why can't readers here understand that one person as president cannot do much, regardless of party. It's of little consequence who gets elected in 2016. Agendas are set, and acted on, by a combination of factors, such as the media, conditions in the country, Congress, courts and public demands. Neither Bush nor Obama themselves could do much on their own.
