Who cares how many employees have left the employ of Stone Harbor. People leave their jobs every year for a variety of reasons. If leadership in certain departments is questionable ,then investigate and take appropriate action. I only recommend raises for the employees in public works who collect our trash and recycling. If blame is put in perspective ,then put it on the Mayor’s doorstep.
