We read with dismay the Herald article about the Stone Harbor library. This is not a time to celebrate anything that this mayor and council have done. The library committee formed by the mayor was nothing more than appeasement to Rich and Lane who together cost us five years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in wasted taxpayer money. It's a sad state of affairs to have the freeholders congratulate these people on horrible management and wasted money.
