Time for a tourist tax. Why spend all that effort writing parking tickets. Why not sell wrist bands that tourists have to wear - no wrist band $100 fine. The town will make way more money and the wrist bands can be required year round. Only stone Harbor taxpayers get a free wrist band (2 per property tax ID)
