For those missing the quaint seashore towns of yesteryear, please make sure you thank the locals for the massive houses and out of control spending. Second-home owners cannot vote, and the local residents either are benefitting from the zoning regulations passed and exorbitant budgets being wasted, or MIA. If you want to see good, responsible government, allow second-home owners to vote. They love the quaint seashore town they fell in love with many years ago, but now are stuck with the results of greed.
